The American Academy of Implant Dentistry (AAID) Annual Conference will be held at the Phoenix Convention Center from November 12 - 15, 2025, in Phoenix, Arizona. Posters and Table Clinics are an important part of this event and an excellent experience for students and researchers.
Deadline extended! AAID will accept applications for Posters and Table Clinics until September 22, 2025. If you have any questions regarding the application process, please contact Melinda at melinda@aaid.com.
Required Materials and Tasks for SubmissionPlease note that you will be able to save your application and finish and/or submit it at a later date. However, you cannot save individual Tasks. Tasks must be completed and saved before exiting the application.
- Both Posters and Table Clinics applications must include all co-presenters’ names and email addresses.
- Both Posters and Table Clinic applications must include an abstract broken down as follows:
- Proposal Title
- Purpose of Study
- Methods
- Results
- Conclusions
- Bibliography using AMA Manual Style (10th Edition)
- Submission of Student Verification if applicable. More information below under “Meeting Registration”
- Poster Submissions must include a rough draft of the poster. Posters must be uploaded as a PDF file. If accepted, you will be able to update your Poster until October 1, 2025
Posters will be on displayed eight (8) foot wide by four (4) foot high bulletin board on November 14, 2025. A panel of judges will evaluate each Poster. Winners will be announced at the Main Podium on Saturday Morning. The student prizes are as follows:
First place - $750
Second place - $500
Third place - $200
TABLE CLINICS10 Table Clinic presentations will be given on November 14, 2025, during the morning and afternoon breaks from 10:00 am -11:00 am and 3:30 pm-4:30 pm. Winners will be announced at the Main Podium on Saturday Morning. The student prizes are as follows:
First place - $750
Second place - $500
Third place - $200
A Table Clinic consists of a five-minute to ten-minute presentation supported by information on the presenter’s laptop computer. Presentations will be limited to ten minutes to ensure that judges can hear every presentation. Presenters will be required to record the presentation and upload it to this site before the meeting to be included in judging for prizes.
AAID will provide a small, highboy table on which the presenter may place a laptop. Table Clinic presenters must bring their own laptops. Due to the danger of audience members tripping on unsecured power cords, an electrical hookup will not be provided. Presenters must plan to use laptop battery power. Presenters MUST limit materials to those that will fit (along with a computer) on the 30-inch tabletop.
Meeting RegistrationOnly full-time students will receive a complimentary conference registration. Other applicants must register at their appropriate rate and are responsible for their own housing and other expenses.
Up to two full-time dental students per accepted application are eligible for complimentary conference registration. Students are responsible for their own housing and all other expenses connected with attending the meeting. In order to claim your complimentary registration, you will need to upload a form of verification. Examples of student verification include a current course schedule, a letter from the university registrar, or a copy of student ID with a graduation year.
