CVI 2025 Challenging Case Competition Submission Portal

Submit your most challenging case for consideration in the CVI 2025 Challenging Case Competition. Semi-finalists earn a travel grant to attend CVI and present their cases to expert panels and Thursday and Friday of CVI. Finalists from each round present the Saturday of CVI to the CVI Directors. Please click "Create Account" below to begin. Accounts of submitters to previous CVIs are not maintained and all submitters should create a new account for 2025.

Submit Aortic and Interventional Heart Failure cases to the most applicable category

Eligibility:

• Submitters must be students, residents, fellows or early-career physicians (5 years or less as a practicing physician).
• Submitters may not be CVI faculty, staff or industry representatives.
• Submitters may submit a maximum of two (2) cases across all categories.
