Welcome to the CLEANPOWER 2025 Conference Proposal Submission Site

The Call for Proposals for the ACP CLEANPOWER 2025 Conference is now open. Proposal submitters will be notified via email whether their abstracts were selected by February 28, 2025.

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING DETAILS IN FULL BEFORE SUBMITTING A PROPOSAL.
Note: The submission deadline is February 7, 2025 at 11:59 PM ET.

1. IMPORTANT: Speakers will identify their presentation format of choice from one of two categories: Clean Power Insights Presentations or Poster Presentations.
2. All talks will be delivered in person, no virtual option.
3. If your proposal is accepted you will be required to use the ACP presentation template.
4. Commercial sales pitches will not be accepted.
5. Proposals must be well-organized and clearly describe their relevance to the industry and how the information presented could be applied or used in practice. Applicants are encouraged to use case studies, offer solutions, and include specifics.
6. Proposals should contain new perspective or data and not have been presented previously at an ACP conference.
7. More than one proposal may be submitted by an author.
8. Late submissions will not be accepted.
9. ACP members will be preferred over non-ACP member presentations. For inquiries on membership, please contact membership@cleanpower.org.
