New for 2025

Oral Presentations will require an extended abstract/proceeding article for peer review. The extended abstract/proceeding article must be a minimum of 1 full page, with a maximum of 4 pages. This replaces the 10-page proceedings article requirement from years past.

We have a new oral presentation format, lightning talks, that are shorter talks intended for project status updates, work-in-progress, or conversation/collaboration starters. Lightning talks are not required to submit an extended abstract/proceedings article but can optionally do so.

Posters submissions this year can also choose to optionally submit an extended abstract/proceedings article. Additionally, an oral presenter can optionally choose to also have a poster in addition to their oral presentation.

NOTE: Once you submit an abstract, you will receive a confirmation email from noreply@gocadmium.com. Please check junk mail, if you do not see this email. You may reach out to info@inmm.org for questions related to the Annual Meeting.
