Abstract Submission Site - AAID 2022 Annual Conference

AAID is currently accepting submissions for the following:

Lecture - A lecture on an interesting topic that will be presented via on-demand video to attendees. Length can vary based on topic, but 1 hour duration maximum is recommended. These virtual lectures will be recorded in advance, with no in-person presentation required.

Table Clinics - A Table Clinic consists of a five to ten-minute presentation supported by information on the presenter’s laptop. It is important that the presentation is limited to ten minutes maximum so that the judges and audience members can see each presentation. If selected, an in-person presentation is required on Friday, September 23, 2022, starting at 3:30PM in the Exhibit Hall.

All submissions must include an abstract broken down as follows:

- Proposal Title
- Purpose of Study
- Methods
- Results
- Conclusion
- Bibliography using AMA Manual Style (10th Edition)

Please note that submitting a Lecture or Table Clinic abstract does not guarantee you will be chosen to present. The deadline for submitting is August 15, 2022.

Table Clinics
Complimentary registration is provided for up to two students per submission. To claim the complimentary registration, you will upload your verification during the submission process.

Winners for the Table Clinic program will be announced on Saturday morning, September 24, 2022 during the Main Podium. Prizes for each program are as follows:

First place: $750

Second place: $500

Third place: $200
