Women's Leadership Summit 2024: Call for Proposals

Women’s Leadership Summit (WLS), founded by AIA, is a premier event that brings together the industry’s largest network of women who are breaking down barriers, making themselves visible, and manifesting the careers they want—while making a difference in the world. Through our Call for Proposals, we invite leaders from across the industry to contribute their expertise through an educational session delivered live at WLS. 

Proposal submissions 

This year’s event includes a Call for Presentations, Panel Discussions, and Local Wellness Tours (new!).

Proposals for presentations or panel discussions should aim to implement intersectionality as a lens in session content. Read the Call for Proposals Submission Guidelines to learn more about how intersectionality is defined and how it will be implemented as a lens throughout this year's content and education sessions. 

Proposals for wellness tours should be structured to facilitate wellness and learning and should feature projects and locations in downtown Chicago. 

Anyone can submit a proposal and lead a session or wellness tour at WLS 2024.  All proposals will be blind peer reviewed.
