We can all agree the healthcare industry looks a bit different than in years past, can't we? That is precisely why it is the perfect time to harness all the incredible things we have learned from recent events and pass the knowledge along. MGMA prides itself on offering the most relevant education and tools for today's practice manager. In the months to come, the need for innovative and thought-provoking education will never be higher. We have been blown away by all the stories we have heard these last few months about all of the out-of-the-box thinking, innovative ideas and solution-based leaders taking charge like never before! These are the excellence pioneers in tomorrow's healthcare that we are looking for. Administrators everywhere need experienced presenters like you who can help them navigate these uncharted waters. We know together we can create an event that fosters learning and support like never before, and together we can rise above and strive for a better tomorrow.

Calling all qualified speakers
With more than 25 sessions to meet the needs of this diverse audience, MGMA seeks speakers to present sessions on a wide variety of relevant topics. For our 2021 conference, we are looking for speakers who can address the following key content areas:

• Telehealth
• Patient Access
• Population Health
• Operational Efficiency
• Health IT
• Staffing
• Marketing and Social Media

What we are looking for in the submissions

The session includes one of the following:
o Real-life case studies – Show step by step examples of how you resolved the problem your practice was facing
o Tangible takeaways – Offer instructions, examples or worksheets that attendees can use in the practice
o Data – Have you tracked and analyzed the data from your practice and used it to problem-solve? Indicate that your submission as another valuable tool offered with your session.
• The session carries depth; it is a story that represents an issue in today's healthcare practice. Identify the problem and then how it was resolved or improved by using an analysis technique, or tool. The resolution can then be discussed and taught to the audience. Basic, lecture styled learning has become obsolete. MGMA seeks sessions that the attendees can be immersed in with real-life examples and thorough hands-on learning.
• Industry changing ideas! Our members and attendees have mastered basic processes. Session topics should include resolutions to problems that are new and have not commonly been discussed.
