Identiverse 2024 Call for Sponsor Presentations

Identiverse is the premiere annual conference for the identity security industry. 2024 will be our fifteenth year bringing together the best across industry and enterprise to share insights, synthesize new ideas and advance the state of modern digital identity and security.

Details about this year’s conference topic focus, and general guidance for speaking submissions, can be found here. Sponsors should also bear in mind the following:

The main CFP submission period has ended. If you submitted for the main CFP, those submissions are currently in the review and rating period and no changes or updates can be made to them. The site has changed to submissions for a different aspect of the conference.

Process

• This process is specifically for Sponsored Sessions and Masterclasses—which will feature as part of the main conference breakout agenda.
• Solutions Theatre presentations (if applicable) will be collected through a different submission process. Please look for an email from sponsors@identiverse.com.

Identiverse General Content Guidance

• In order to maintain the high-quality agenda that our attendees have come to expect, sponsored presentation proposals are subject to review and approval by the Conference Content Chair, and all presentations—including sponsored sessions—will go through our content review process which starts on April 15, 2024. Presentations should be ready to be submitted for review by this date. Final presentations, incorporating any edits resulting from the content review process, will be required by May,15 2024.
• Presenters are asked to use the Identiverse PowerPoint template, which will be made available nearer the time of the conference.

Session Presentations

• We strongly recommend that session presentations are given by customers, if possible; and in any event, it's vital to avoid any product pitch or selling in these.
• Sponsors will receive 1 (one) complimentary speaker pass for each sponsored session.
• Each ‘session’ consists of a 25-minute slot (plan for 20 minutes presentation, plus 5 minutes Q&A)

Masterclasses

• Each masterclass consists of a 50-minute slot (plan for 45 minutes plus 5 minutes Q&A)
• Content is often (though not always) more technical in nature — we often see presenters explaining how to solve particular technical problems or use/deploy new features. The focus should not be on 'selling' but rather on 'problem solving' (they are called 'classes' for that reason!) — but we do anticipate that you might be showcasing the product.
• Technical demonstrations are welcome, though not required. Panel proposals are also acceptable.
• Sponsors will receive 2 (two) complimentary speaker passes for each sponsored Masterclass.
