Abstract Submissions
The 2025 Annual Meeting offers an exceptional opportunity to celebrate remarkable research achievements within the tissue banking community. All submitted and accepted abstracts, along with their corresponding digital and physical posters, will be displayed during this year's Annual Meeting, which will take place October 12-15, 2025, in Atlanta, GA. As an added incentive, we will honor outstanding work by selecting one winner and one standout presentation from each category. These selected researchers will be extended a special invitation to share their insights as part of the Scientific and Technical Affairs (STAC) track at the conference, and they will receive complimentary conference registration. Join us in 2025 for a fresh perspective on tissue banking excellence!

Please Note: Submitting an abstract confirms that you or a designated speaker/author are willing and able to present the proposed topic at the AATB Annual Meeting and/or will submit a physical and digital poster to be published by AATB.

Scientific and Administrative Abstract Submissions
Abstracts can be submitted in either the scientific or administrative category. They must be based on original work that has not been previously published or presented in any other copyrighted journal or abstract book. Abstracts may have been previously submitted at smaller/regional meetings but cannot be previously published.

Submission Deadlines
All abstract submissions must be completed by May 9, 2025. Accepted abstracts must submit digital posters by September 2, 2025 and physical posters by October 10, 2025.
