Welcome to the Speaker Submission Site for the 2025 NJENA Annual Emergency Care Conference!

We are excited to be at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Atlantic City for 2025! Honorarium for speakers is offered at $100 per hour. In addition to the honorarium, speakers presenting 60-90 minutes of content receive one day conference registration and $150 travel/lodging reimbursement. Speakers presenting 120 minutes or more of content receive a full conference registration (excluding pre-sessions) and $250 travel/lodging reimbursement. All speakers are required to register for the conference. Speakers submitting for a hands-on session must also present budget of anticipated expenses. All users must create a new login and password, even if you have submitted, presented, or attended the conference in previous years.
