Central Group on Student Affairs (CGSA)
Central Organization of Student Representatives (COSR)

The 2025 Central Collaborative Spring Conference theme is:
Advancing Medical Education: Empowering Healthcare Professionals for Future Success
April 9-11, 2025 in Detroit, Michigan

We invite you to submit proposals for oral presentations, interactive workshops, focused discussions, and posters for the 2025 Central Collaborative Spring Conference . Proposals may represent original research (either completed or in progress) or innovations in medical education. Abstracts may focus on any level of medical education (recruitment, admissions, UME pre-clerkship or clerkship, Transition to Residency, GME, CPD, or across the continuum). All abstracts will undergo a peer-review process. Students, residents, fellows, new investigators, and colleagues from underrepresented in medicine backgrounds are strongly encouraged to submit their work for consideration.

All abstracts must be submitted online no later than 11:59pm CDT October 10, 2024.

Click here to view a complete description of each submission category, along with its text guidelines.

We recommend that you prepare your submission in a word processing application (Word, Works, Pages) and then paste each component into the corresponding online section. Abstract decisions will be sent to the contact author in February 2025. An abstract submission is considered a commitment to attend the meeting and present if accepted, and an acknowledgement of the costs associated with travel and meeting registration.
