Applied Net 2025 is scheduled for October 6-9, 2025 at the Aria Resort & Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Submit your proposal today to showcase your latest work and establish yourself as a leader in the ACN Community. The Applied Net 2025 education program is designed to meet your unique needs as an Applied Systems customer. It is about users, like you, sharing your experiences with real-world stories on how you are using the technology to benefit your organization. If you implemented a new process, integrated an enhanced solution, experienced an upgrade, faced a challenge or learned something new in the past year, we invite you to share your story at the conference with your peers.

We encourage you to take your time while submitting your proposal and add as much detail and insight into your presentation as possible. Focus your presentation on the problem you solved, and target those who you think would benefit most from hearing your experience.

You can submit to the following formats:

  • Case Study - Share your experience by walking peers through a recent project that you completed and what you learned from it. You are also encouraged to share a recent business challenge, what you did to address it, and what you learned from it. These sessions are a blend of storytelling combined with informal discussions.
  • Course - Present your knowledge on a topic. Courses are instructional in nature and course handouts are required that walk attendees through the instruction. Course presenters grant Applied Client Network and its fellow members permission to utilize course collateral (including the title, description, learning objectives, written handout, etc.) to administer the course for future programs associated with the Applied Client Network.
  • Expert Panel - Give your perspective on a focused topic along with other panelists. These sessions also give attendees the opportunity to ask questions.
  • Lecture - Communicate your knowledge on a topic or concept as it relates to the industry. Different from a course, lectures may not be as technical in content, so do not require the creation of a supplemental handout as a course does.
  • RoundtableFacilitate a discussion around a particular topic to encourage informal learning.

Presenter Materials and Benefits 

All ACN member agency/brokerage, MGA, carrier and ACN member consultant presenters will receive discounted registration. ACN member agency/brokerage, MGA, carrier, or ACN member consultant presenters speaking at more than one session receives complimentary registration. Partner, non-member agency/brokerage presenters, and non-member consultants are not eligible for discounted or complimentary registration. ACN non-member consultants will be required to submit a $795 speaking fee (regardless of number of sessions presented).
