- ALL SUBMITTERS must create a new user account for the 2025 Annual Meeting Proposal Submission Portal.
- Click below on the Create Account button on the left-hand side of the login window under "New Users" to set up a user account.
- Use your Institution or Organization email address when setting up an account and follow the instructions accordingly. Yahoo and Gmail addresses are discouraged.
- You will then be sent an email with your access key. Your access key is not the same as your AACTE member password.
- You can create or access your proposals and make changes throughout the open period once you have created an account.
- After setting up your 2025 Annual Meeting user account, you may view your proposals by logging in with your email address and access key.
- Feel free to get started and come back later to finish up before 12:30 PM (Pacific) on July 9, 2024.
- Multiple proposals are allowed per submitter.
- Please refrain from submitting the same content more than once.
