Welcome to the 2025 Virtual Poster Submission Portal!


The AUA Advocacy team invites you to submit your urology policy or advocacy poster to be featured on the AUA’s 2025 Annual Urology Advocacy Summit virtual poster site and for a chance to give a live presentation to hundreds of urologists at the AUA Public Policy Forum in Washington, DC, from March 3-5, 2025 (the “AUA Summit”). We are seeking posters on topics aligned with AUA's Federal, State, and Patient Advocacy Priorities, which can be found on AUA website here

Have an idea to alleviate the physician shortage? Have a story about the negative impacts of prior authorization? Have a suggestion to ease burdens of practice? Share it with urologists, patients, AUA leaders, and even lawmakers by submitting your advocacy poster!

Public Policy Forum Benefits

    • Submission Criteria
  • Open to AUA residents/fellows/medical students
  • Relevance to current AUA federal, state, or patient advocacy priorities

    • Selection Criteria include, and are not limited to:
  • Magnitude of demonstrated or potential impact of the policy or advocacy problem or solution
  • Novelty, creativity, plausibility
  • Clarity, completeness, accuracy

    • Applicants will be required to briefly summarize their poster presentation and explain how the topic ties to policy and advocacy as part of their submission.

    Please click “Join Now” as a New Submitter to begin your application. Complete each of the tasks until you receive a green checkmark indicating completion of application section. Please note that applicants may start the application, save their progress, and return later to finish and submit their application. The submission deadline is Tuesday, January 21, 2025.

    Submitters will be notified whether their poster has been selected to appear on the AUASummit25 virtual poster site. Winners will be selected to give a live presentation during the Public Policy Forum at the Summit in March.
