The AIA25 Call for Proposals
Lead a session or tour at AIA25!
Every year, AIA opens a call to the industry, soliciting proposals for the best speakers and content for the AIA Conference on Architecture & Design. We’re calling on the entire AEC industry to ensure we have a diversity of voices from every career stage leading educational content at AIA25.
Submissions
- Educational session proposals should focus on emerging trends and offer an innovative approach to a relevant topic.
- Architecture tour proposals should showcase significant sites and iconic architecture in Boston.

How to submit
Step 1: Review the AIA25 Call for Proposal Reference Guide (PDF)
Step 2: Prepare requirements for your proposal. All session speakers must be secured at the time of your submission.
Step 3: Submit!
All education and tour proposals must be submitted online via Cadmium by 11:59pm Eastern on Wednesday, October 23, 2024.
