Thank you for your interest in contributing to the educational programming at the 2026 NAHB International Builders’ Show!

Please note, THIS RFP IS FOR BOTH CLASSROOM SESSIONS AND CENTRAL PROGRAMS. We've consolidated the two RFPs into a single submission window for IBS 2026, streamlining the process to make it easier and faster for you -- if you want to speak in 2026, now is the time to share your ideas!

Please remember the following important items as you craft and submit your proposal (full rules can be found in our official RFP document (opens new window)):

• An individual may appear on no more than two (2) session proposals, either as a speaker or moderator; a company is limited to a maximum of three (3).
• For the first time, all proposals will go through a round of peer/community review by IBS attendees -- therefore, be sure to write with your audience in mind.
• Also for the first time, we are accepting proposals for our Super Sessions (opens new window) -- including The Sales Rally.
• The full roster of presenters who are to appear on a session must be provided at the time of proposal submission.
• NAHB is not able to reimburse travel expenses or provide fees/honoraria for chosen presenters.
