Welcome to the 2025 NACGF Abstract Submission Site
Gastroenterology fellows are invited to submit abstracts for the 33rd annual North American Conference of Gastroenterology Fellows (NACGF), scheduled for March 28 - 30, 2025 at the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress Resort, Orlando, Florida. NACGF is sponsored by the American College of Gastroenterology.
The NACGF was originated to provide gastroenterology fellows with an opportunity to present their research in a mentoring environment. Appropriate materials for submission include work in the fields of gastroenterology, hepatology, and nutrition. Adult and pediatric work is acceptable. Attendance is selected based on research abstracts submitted and is limited to up to 25 fellows.
Presenting authors whose abstract has been accepted for presentation MUST ATTEND and present the abstract at the assigned date and time. Verification of the Program Director’s approval of a fellow submitting an abstract and support for the fellow attending the meeting is required in order to submit an abstract. Fellows of accepted abstracts will be expected to attend the entire conference, which begins at 5:00pm (Eastern time) on Friday, March 28, and concludes at approximately noon on Sunday, March 30, 2025.
There is no fee to submit an abstract. A fellow may submit up to three abstracts, but only one abstract from a fellow will be accepted for presentation.
The deadline for submission of abstracts is Friday, December 20, 2024 at 11:59 pm Eastern time. This deadline will be strictly enforced, and no exceptions will be made. Once you begin an abstract submission, you will be able to save your work and return to complete it until the submission deadline, so we encourage all submitters to begin the process early! Please note that no modifications, additions, corrections, or changes of any kind, either to the abstract or authors information, will be permitted after submission, so proofread your abstract carefully prior to submission.
Notification of abstract acceptance will be sent via email in late-January 2025.
Complete submission instructions are available after logging into the site.
