CALL FOR PROPOSALS

Physiatry '26
February 17 - 21, 2026

Thank you for your interest in presenting a session at the Physiatry '26 Annual Meeting taking place February 17 - 21, 2026 in San Juan, Puerto Rico. All submissions must be submitted online via the AAP Annual Meeting Conference System.

The final deadline to submit proposals is March 17, 2025 at 11:59 pm (Eastern).


The online submission form will prompt you to provide details in the following areas. You may wish to prepare your responses for these fields prior to beginning the online proposal submission process.

• Title of Session
• Name and email of course director/s and additional speakers/faculty that will be part of this session
• Topic Area (Academic/ Education, Research, Clinical, Administration)
• Intended Learning Objectives / Outcomes (Must provide 3)
• Session Narrative and Outline describing what will take place during the session
• Intended Audience

Note: You may save and return back to make changes to your proposal up until the deadline. Even if you submit your proposal, you may return back to any of the tasks to edit them until the submission is locked by the administrator. You do not need to submit a new version of the same proposal.

All submissions are reviewed carefully based on the quality of the submission. Our goal is to ensure we have a diverse range of topics and necessary content areas filled. Presenters are expected to register as conference attendees and pay all associated fees.
