Call for Submissions
2019 Northeast GSA/OSR Spring Meeting

“Partnering for Success Along the Medical Education Continuum: From Applicant to Residency.”
The deadline for submissions is December 19, 2018.

We invite you to submit proposals for the 2019 Northeast GSA/OSR Spring meeting being held from April 5-7, 2019 at Harvard Medical School in Boston.

Submissions will be due no later than 11:59 pm (PST) on Wednesday, December 19, 2018. Meeting and Hotel Registration will open by mid-January.

We encourage you to submit proposals that highlight the multiple existing forces along the medical education continuum through the lens of your area of expertise: admissions, diversity and inclusion, student affairs, student records and financial aid. Proposals that highlight collaboration across these areas are highly encouraged.

We recommend that you prepare your proposal in a word processing application and then paste each component into the corresponding online section. An abstract submission is considered a commitment to attend the meeting and present if accepted, and an acknowledgement of the costs associated with travel and meeting registration. All abstracts will undergo a peer-review process. We reserve the right to assign an alternate presentation format for selected proposals. Students, residents, fellows, and new investigators are strongly encouraged to submit their work.
