Your submission is completed and ready for review once payment is made in the system. The fee to submit an abstract is $60.00. The fee to submit a manuscript is $200.00. These fees are non-refundable and non-transferable and incur a 3% processing fee. There is no fee to submit a grant to review for the Grant Writing Institute.
Submission & Notification Deadlines:
Regular abstract and manuscript submissions for JSCD are due February 19, 2024.
Notifications go out March 11, 2024.
Late-breaking abstract and manuscript submissions for JSCD are due April 1, 2024.
Notifications go out April 22, 2024.
Accepted submissions are published on the first day of the symposium you are submitting for. For example, if the symposium is June 7-9, 2024, the Journal of Sickle Cell Disease publication date is June 7, 2024.
