SME and the TCT Group are now accepting abstracts for the RAPID + TCT 2025 Conference, focusing on case studies, research findings, and technical analysis. This year's RAPID + TCT Conference will be curated in partnership with AeroDef Manufacturing, which has for years produced cutting-edge educational content covering both the aerospace and defense sectors. This larger and more diverse audience will further elevate your thought leadership platform.

Submission Requirements:
- Submission Title
- Abstract (max 300 words)
- Learning Objectives (min 2)
- Presenter’s Name, Contact Info, Position/Title, Company, Biography (max 175 words)
- Hi-Res Headshot (min 100 MB, 300 dpi, .jpg format)
- Company Logo
Note: Commercial and sales submissions will be disqualified. End-user submissions of customer applications are encouraged. Presentations should be 20 minutes + 5 minutes Q&A.

Submission Review Process:
Abstracts are reviewed by RAPID + TCT Event Advisors, comprising industry, academic, and government experts. Decisions are final.

- Originality: Novelty, innovative applications, cutting-edge research. Content should be unique.
- Impartiality: Submissions must be non-commercial.
- Objectives: Clarity of the presentation's goals.
- Audience: Relevance and interest.
- Technical Information: Depth and detail.
- Learning Objectives: Clear takeaways.
