The American College of Surgeons has issued a call for abstracts to be presented at its 2024 Quality and Safety Conference. The deadline for submitting abstracts is March 17, 2024. Healthcare professionals are encouraged to submit a 250-word abstract for presentation. The abstract should relate to surgical quality improvement initiatives including the development, implementation, or validation of best practices.
Abstracts will undergo a peer review process that will focus on the following criteria:

• Significance and applicability to improving surgical care
• Relevance to quality improvement and best practices
• Completed research
• Clarity of writing
