HSS New Working Group Member Application Site

The AAMC Holistic Student Support (HSS) Working Group is looking for new members to help us advance our mission of ensuring medical students receive the coordinated support they need to thrive. We are particularly seeking individuals of all levels representing the following role-based perspectives:

• Financial Aid
• Student Records
• Medical Education

As a member, you’ll have the opportunity to:

• Shape national conversations around holistic student support
• Contribute to developing tools and resources that benefit medical schools
• Collaborate with a diverse group of professionals dedicated to improving student experiences

The commitment is approximately 3-4 hours per month, including a monthly meeting and opportunities to engage with our virtual community, provide feedback, and serve as presenters.

• Availability & Commitment Confirmation: As a member of the Holistic Student Support (HSS) Working Group, you will be expected to attend a 1-hour monthly meeting and dedicate 2-3 additional hours per month to activities such as engaging in the virtual community, reviewing and providing feedback on content, or supporting working group initiatives. Participation is a collaborative effort, and we seek members who are committed to contributing actively.
