Submissions through this portal will be reviewed and considered for JADPRO Live poster presentations, October 23-26, 2025, at the Gaylord National in National Harbor, Maryland. Three poster tracks will be offered:

• Clinical Posters
• Industry Encore Posters
• APSHO Patient Advocacy Posters

Poster descriptions and links to submission guidelines for each type of poster are provided below.

SUBMISSION DEADLINE FOR ALL POSTER TRACKS: Wednesday, JULY 23, 2025 AT 11:59 PM PDT

All submitters must:

• read the descriptions
• view/download the full submission guidelines for the desired poster type
• create an account at the bottom of the page to enter the submission portal

TIP: Begin your submission early. You will be able to save your work and come back to complete it. All submissions must be completed by July 23, 2025 to be considered for poster presentation.

CLINICAL POSTERS
Abstract submission for clinical poster presentation is a member benefit for advanced practitioner (AP) professional members of the Advanced Practitioner Society for Hematology and Oncology (APSHO), providing an opportunity for members to present innovative, original work that is significant to the role of the advanced practitioner in oncology and hematology. Clinical posters focus on areas such as AP-led practice initiatives, educational initiatives, leadership, professional growth, clinical research, evidence-based practice, quality improvement projects and quality of care. Clinical posters from accepted abstracts will be presented by the APSHO member submitting/lead author during the conference.

PRE-SUBMISSION FEEDBACK OPPORTUNITY FOR CLINICAL POSTERS
Submitters for clinical posters may send in their abstracts for pre-submission feedback by an APSHO advanced practice mentor. Please refer to the Clinical Poster Abstract Submission Guidelines for details.

Deadline to request pre-submission feedback: Monday, May 12 at 11:59 PM PDT.

ORAL POSTER PRESENTATION FOR CLINICAL POSTERS
Ten clinical poster abstracts will be selected for presentation during two oral poster sessions at the conference. The opportunity to indicate interest in being selected for these special sessions will be available during the submission process. JADPRO Live 2025 Clinical Poster Abstract Submission Guidelines

INDUSTRY ENCORE POSTERS
Industry Encore Posters are posters that have been previously submitted as abstracts for poster consideration, peer-reviewed, accepted, and presented at a national or international educational oncology/hematology conference within 18 months of the JADPRO Live abstract submission deadline (July 23, 2025). Posters for this category are focused on providing high-level data and advanced content to conference attendees and may be submitted by original authors or industry representatives with permission. Industry Encore Posters will be presented by an author on the original abstract or designated industry representative during the conference. A fee and additional benefits apply.

Submissions must include the original poster and the original abstract, exactly as previously presented. Please refer to the Industry Encore Poster Submission Guidelines for details. JADPRO Live 2025 Industry Encore Poster Submission Guidelines

APSHO PATIENT ADVOCACY POSTERS
Abstract submission for APSHO Patient Advocacy Posters is open to patient advocacy organizations in partnership with patients as an opportunity to share patient-centric initiatives with advanced practitioners in oncology and hematology. Gaining a better understanding of the patient perspective on topics such as communication, education, symptom management, and support provides insight for best practice in improving the overall quality of care. Patient advocacy organizations may submit directly, and patients are also invited to submit in partnership with patient advocacy organizations. JADPRO Live will consider submissions that are new, original content, or an encore presentation from an approved oncology conference. PLEASE NOTE: Abstracts submitted to this poster track must be from patient advocacy organizations. Advanced practitioners and industry representatives should submit to the clinical poster track or industry encore poster track, respectively. Abstract content previously displayed during any JADPRO Live conference may not be resubmitted. Please refer to the APSHO Patient Advocacy Poster Guidelines for details. POSTER PRESENTATIONS
Presenters will display and present posters during the JADPRO Live in-person conference, October 23-26, 2025, at the Gaylord National in National Harbor, Maryland. Registered conference attendees will also have digital access to JADPRO Live posters during the conference and throughout the on-demand period November 5 through December 31, 2025.
