ACP’s Call for Speakers Policy:
- IMPORTANT: Speakers will identify their presentation format of choice from one of three categories: Panel, POWER Talks, or Tutorial. If not selected for your desired session, you may be offered a poster presentation. Not all topics listed will ultimately become sessions at the conference. ACP reserves the right to accept all or part of your abstract. If you submit a full panel, not all proposed speakers are guaranteed a speaking slot. In some instances, similar abstracts are likely to be combined to create one, comprehensive, panel session.
- All talks will be delivered in person, no virtual option.
- No late submissions will be accepted.
- Only complete submissions are eligible for review.
- More than one proposal may be submitted.
- All proposals must be submitted electronically through ACP’s submission website. No submissions will be accepted via email or other means.
- Commercial sales pitches will not be accepted for presentation.
- Proposals must be well-organized and clearly describe their relevance to the industry and how the information presented could be applied or used in practice. Applicants are encouraged to use case studies, offer solutions and takeaways, and include specifics.
- Proposals should contain new perspective or data and not have been presented previously.
- The program committee will review all the submitted proposals and select the most interesting and appropriate proposals for this year’s program. We will also invite others to present on topics that we did not receive suitable proposals on but see as necessary for the program. Session topics are pre-determined by the program committee.
